Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/innovative-medicine We are searching for the best talent for **E2E Product Planning Intern** to be in **Titusville, NJ.** + Internship typical term is 10-12 weeks June to August, 2025 + Full time requirement (40 hours per week) **Purpose:** The E2E Product Planning team is responsible for driving the E2E planning processes for the IMSC portfolio. We develop the E2E Supply Chain configuration, define the E2E Net Requirements, align Master Production Schedules (MPS) and Inventory plans towards inventory targets and manage the E2E short term exceptions. These planning processes ultimately serve as an input into the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process. **You will be responsible for:** As a summer intern, you will work on projects that improve your leadership, analytical, and project management skills. Cross-functional teamwork provides an opportunity to partner with a variety of people in the IMSC organization. You will provide E2E Product Planning project management support for the Brand you are assigned under the supervision of the E2E Planning Leader (EPL). Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: + Supporting the planning related aspects for Value Chain projects in the areas of portfolio optimization, product transfers, product continuity and value enhancement. + Leading a cross-functional team or coordinating planning related activities to accomplish project objectives by effectively leading supply chain activities (i.e. launch readiness, master data set-up, planning sensitive parameters, sourcing decisions, MEIO, etc). + Develop detailed planning project schedule and manage communication of project status, milestones and timelines to relevant business partners. + Meet regularly with project team members to evaluate, monitor and report progress. **Qualifications / Requirements:** + Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at accredited University is required. + Minimum GPA of 2.8 is required. + Bachelor’s Degree Program enrollment in an accredited College/University required with specialization in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or Engineering preferred. + Strong analytical and project management skills are required. + Effective written and oral communication skills are required. Ability to work independently and across organizational boundaries is essential. + Ability to balance multiple projects and initiatives while driving results. + Ability to demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity, and a dedicated approach to achieving success is desired. + Must be a self-starter who can work independently while contributing to team goals. + Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future. Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually requires future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship. The anticipated base pay for this position is between $22.00 **/hr** and $51.50 **/hr** , but will be based on candidate's program year, discipline, degree and/or experience. This position is overtime eligible.
