Mars Pet Nutrition is seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional for the position of E2E Planning expert - Inventory, offered as an eight-month assignment to cover parental leave. This critical role sits within our End-to-End Planning organization and is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of finished goods inventory across multiple clusters and warehouses in Europe.

Proven experience in designing and delivering engaging training programs.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification required.
Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
What will be your key responsibilities?
Lead and oversee finished goods inventory management across the PNE region, ensuring alignment with supply strategy and performance targets.
Own and drive the regional inventory strategy, including safety stock optimization and KPI delivery.
Analyze inventory data and generate reports to provide actionable insights for senior leadership and support strategic decision-making.
Collaborate cross-functionally with planning, finance, and global teams to ensure consistent and efficient inventory practices.
Manage and develop regional inventory teams, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous learning.
Design and implement capability-building programs, including training and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.
Support strategic alignment by contributing inventory insights to regional and global planning and governance frameworks.
Identify and resolve inventory-related issues, including non-performing stock, to minimize costs and maximize value.
