About The Role 

We are performing an MSR retro-fit utilizing Tip Tig weld systems We will be responsible for all the demolition of old parts and the installation of new parts. We will work closely with clients to ensure first time quality.

 

What You'll Do Here 

 

Responsible for all electrical/mechanical maintenance on the Tip Tig Weld equipment Responsible for installation, conducting repairs and troubleshooting on Welding equipment  Develop tooling repair/maintenance on welding equipment, using knowledge of manufactures specifications and design intent Provide expertise and work closely with supervisors, tooling, welders, mechanics.  Prepare and coordinate all required activities for equipment  Maintain a regular job-site presence to provide hands- on support for all welding equipment  Manage storge of all required spare tooling, components, and consumables; ensuring that all components are available for optimal equipment performance  Ensure that the project Weld tooling and equipment is correctly configured for the respective operation  Perform and record all required preventative maintenance activities on the respective Weld Equipment  Participate in any tooling related troubleshooting activities required during operations at site  Report on all tooling issues and Human Performance issues, to Supervision
