We are looking for a motivated E-Shop Development Specialist to join our D2C team at Samsung Czech & Slovak. You will be joining, what we like to call, a startup within a corporation, where we focus on making everything faster, better, and cheaper. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination: Lead and coordinate projects aimed at developing effective business strategies and e-commerce solutions.

Rollout Strategy: Design and implement comprehensive rollout strategies for new tools and features, ensuring seamless deployment and user adoption.

E-Shop Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain internal e-shop modules, enhancing user experience and functionality.

Payment Solutions Implementation: Assist in the integration of new payment methods and processes to streamline transactions.

Business Validation Testing (BVT): Oversee the BVT project, ensuring thorough testing and technical support for new implementations.

Data Analysis: Analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements.

Technical Problem Solving: Proactively monitor and resolve technical issues, providing effective solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Local Unit Collaboration: Work closely with local teams to address application and process challenges, supporting successful local implementations.

Change Management: Document, analyze, and implement all change requests related to processes and tools, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Skills and Qualifications

🎯 Requirements

Proven experience in a similar role within e-commerce, business development, or project management.

Proficiency in project management tools, including Jira.

Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Ability to adapt quickly to unexpected challenges and work independently.

Excellent communication skills in both English and Czech.
