We are seeking a dynamic Manager to lead technical integration and customer onboarding efforts while driving strategic sales enablement across our security, AV, and low-voltage distribution channels. In this role, you will work closely with key partners to build and expand e-procurement capabilities, support critical account growth, and deliver impactful solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer engagement.

Job Duties

Partner with sales leadership to identify and capture e-procurement opportunities, expanding adoption within existing accounts and winning new business Champion e-procurement capabilities in RFP responses, customer meetings, and strategic account planning sessions Drive revenue growth by positioning e-procurement as a differentiator and value-added service Lead end-to-end customer onboarding for e-procurement platforms, including PunchOut catalogs, EDI connections, cXML, and other methods Serve as the primary point of contact for technical implementation, collaborating with both internal and external teams Manage day-to-day e-procurement operations, ensuring high uptime, smooth transaction flow, and fast issue resolution Work within an agile framework, collaborating with DPOs, architects, developers, sales teams, and third-party vendors to align efforts and deliver outcomes Manage vendor relationships, including onboarding, issue resolution, and ongoing performance Monitor program performance and deliver reports with actionable insights Gather and synthesize customer feedback to drive platform improvements and user experience enhancements Develop best practices, training materials, and documentation for internal and external use

You Must Have

12+ years in B2B e-commerce, procurement integration, or technical account management Deep experience in B2B, wholesale distribution Proven track record in customer-facing roles with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Deep understanding of APIs, data formats (XML, JSON), and integration troubleshooting Experience with e-commerce ecosystems and digital selling platforms, including integrations with procurement tools and customer-facing marketplaces General knowledge of PIMs, ERPs, and procurement platforms Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting platforms
