1. Develops and maintains item master, vendor punch-outs, and catalogs for compliance, accuracy, and data integrity, collaborating with procurement operations.
2. Generates and analyzes reports on procurement activities, and presents insights to management, including reporting on selected Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on a regular basis.
3. Collaborates with the P2P Governance team to strategically explore procurement solutions, focusing on innovative approaches that enhance value creation.
4. Monitor and manage P2P system updates and enhancements related to procurement.
5. Provides strategic guidance and training to users on P2P systems.
6. Performs other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field, required.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in e-procurement or procurement operations with strong data analytics proficiency required.
Related, relevant, and/or direct experience may be considered in lieu of minimum educational requirements indicated above.

Licenses, Certifications And RegistrationsAt the discretion of the San Manuel Tribal Gaming Commission, you may be required to obtain and maintain a gaming license.
Driving Responsibilities: Role requires regular commuting between locations. A valid driver's license and vehicle insurance with minimum liability limits is required. Role will not operate or drive Tribe-owned vehicles or patron vehicles.
