职位描述We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E&O Program Manager to lead cross-functional efforts in controlling excess and obsolete (E&O) inventory, minimizing scrap, and optimizing supply chain processes throughout the product lifecycle—from launch to end-of-life. This role requires strong coordination with the Supply Chain, Product Management, and Cost teams to proactively identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and conduct post-mortem analyses to drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Lifecycle Management:Lead and drive E&O risk mitigation throughout all product life stages, including new product introduction (NPI), ramp, sustaining, and end-of-life (EOL).Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Coordinate with Supply Chain, Product Management, and Cost teams to align methodology, forecasting, material planning, and demand/supply strategies to prevent E&O buildup.Process Optimization:
Identify improvements to existing processes that contribute to excess or obsolete inventory; standardize best practices across teams. Provide solutions and drive the implementation of product cost reductions.Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze E&O data to identify trends and root causes; generate actionable insights and regular reports for leadership.Scrap Management:
Lead investigations into scrap events; work with stakeholders to document root causes, lessons learned, and corrective actions.E&O Forecasting and Risk Assessment:
Support or lead reviews of at-risk inventory, monitor key metrics, and maintain transparency through dashboards or reporting tools.
