Job DescriptionResponsible for requirement analysis and mechanical development of E-motor according to customer and Bosch internal requirementsPrepare product specifications (2D/3D) and technical specifications for productsPrepare and follow up DFMEA and validation planResponsible for technical review and communication with colleagues and suppliers to ensure parts qualityTechnical release of mechanical partsSupport quality department to solve outsourcing quality problems and customer quality issuesSupport manufacturing for sample build and quality issues

Qualifications

Essential：

Master’s degree of above, major in mechanical design or electromechanical engineeringMin. 3 years of relevant mechanical development experienceProficient in mechanical design, familiar with relevant methods (e.g. DRBFM, FMEA, DFMEA)Strong communication skills, good teamwork, and good at coordinating internal and external resourcesPassion for work, strong independent work abilityFluent in English: reading, writing and speaking (fluent discussion of technical topics possible)

Preferred：

Experience in new energy vehicle e-Drive development and related standard is plusExperience in E-Motor development is plusFEA simulation skill is plus
