Job DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARY
The e-learning specialist for learning and development designs, develops, and implements online training programs. They create engaging and effective learning experiences by leveraging technology and instructional design principles. Their responsibilities include needs assessment, content development, facilitating online learning, and evaluating program effectiveness.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify training needs and gaps within the organization. Develop engaging and interactive e-learning modules, incorporating multimedia elements and learning activities. Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theory to create effective and learner-centered content. Utilize e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems (LMS) to deliver and manage online training. Facilitate online training sessions, webinars, and virtual learning experiences. Assess the effectiveness of e-learning programs and make recommendations for improvement. Work closely with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and other members of the learning and development team. Provide technical support to learners and troubleshoot issues related to the e-learning platform. Keep up to date with the latest trends and technologies in e-learning and instructional design.Qualifications
RESPONSIBILITIES
QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION
Strong understanding of instructional design principles and learning theories. Experience with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and learning management systems (LMS).Ability to create engaging multimedia content, including videos, animations, and interactive elements.Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey information and facilitate learning.Familiarity with computer systems, software applications, and online learning technologies. Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently.
