**Job Title: E&I Technician**
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled E&I Technician to join our team. This role requires expertise in technical and automation skills, maintenance, mechanical proficiency, and troubleshooting across various systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong experience Siemens PLC programming, Honeywell and Yokogawa automation systems, and possess hands-on experience with overhead crane servicing, among other skills.
Responsibilities
+ Program and troubleshoot Siemens PLC systems.
+ Understand and apply ladder logic and control systems.
+ Set up and diagnose burner controllers.
+ Maintain hot oil systems and heated system components.
+ Calibrate limited adjustment switches.
+ Service overhead cranes and use wire connectors effectively.
+ Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
+ Interpret and execute work orders.
+ Utilize Microsoft Outlook and Excel for maintenance tracking.
+ Manage maintenance and inventory using SAP.
+ Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control systems.
+ Diagnose and resolve issues in automated systems efficiently.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in Siemens PLC programming and troubleshooting.
+ Strong understanding of ladder logic and control systems.
+ Experience with Honeywell and Yokogawa automation systems.
+ Skilled in burner controller setup and diagnostics.
+ Familiarity with hot oil systems maintenance.
+ Experience in overhead crane servicing.
+ Competence in electrical wiring and wire connectors.
+ Ability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
+ Experience with SAP for maintenance management.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Completion of a 2-year craft training program in industrial electricity or equivalent military experience.
+ 5-10 years of experience in a heavy equipment manufacturing environment or equivalent military experience.

Work Environment
We offer two openings: one candidate will work Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday from 7am to 5pm, while the other candidate will work a rotating shift of 4 days on, 4 days off from 7am to 7pm.
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Ridgeville, South Carolina.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $78000.00 - $89000.00/yr.
