The E-Commerce Specialist is a key position on the Mobile & E-Commerce team that will work collaboratively and independently to ensure initiatives are designed around a holistic guest experience, drive a profitable and personalized experience, are executed in an efficient and timely manner, are evaluated for profitability, and prove a positive Return on Investment (ROI) for time resources against revenue generated.Essential Duties And Responsibilities
1. Strategically develops, executes, and analyzes E-Commerce marketing strategies through market research, competitive analysis, and self-generated insights. Produces integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives across multiple channels from email, web, App, Social Ad Integration, online search/advertising to drive customer interest in Yaamava’ Resort & Casino and loyalty products.
2. Works collaboratively with Mobile & E-Commerce team, other internal departments, and third-party vendors to develop and execute campaigns. This includes gathering creative assets, targeting lists, and campaign approvals, while ensuring timely execution.
3. In partnership with Strategic Marketing Leadership, identify new audiences and segments, market to known high-value players and player groups, and develop a digital strategy with targeted multi-channel marketing initiatives that successfully build profitable, long-term relationships with Yaamava’ customers.
4. Builds and maintains the E-Commerce campaign calendar(s), and personal project tracker.
5. Presents complex information, strategy, and recommendations clearly and succinctly.
6. Monitors campaign tracking and performance tests, to ensure optimal performance, personalization, and user journey.
7. Works with developers and stakeholders to optimize digital experiences for guests.
8. Performs other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or equivalent required.
Minimum two (2) years of experience in multiple communication channels including e-commerce, direct mail, e-mail, mobile, digital advertising, sales, digital/social gaming, relationship marketing, or social media required. Previous experience within the gaming or hospitality industries preferred.
Related, relevant and/or direct experience may be considered in lieu of minimum educational requirements indicated above.
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities (Ksa)Knowledge of the current product functionality to support pre-sales/sales teams to fulfill strategic requirements of the role required.
Experience in the following areas preferred:
E-Commerce store/shopping platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento or Demandware).
Hotel booking engine conversions as well as Hotel OTA program management (Trip Advisor, Expedia, Booking.com, etc.).
Google Analytics – setting, reporting, and updates (e-commerce/goals, Google Tag Manager, etc.).
Paid social media/display acquisition and revenue-generating campaigns.
SEO/SEM/PPC experience (Google AdWords, Amazon).
App attribution /remarketing tools (AppsFlyer, Google Firebase).
Able to work collaboratively and independently
Have demonstrable oral and written communication skills.

Endurance sufficient to sit, walk and stand for extended periods, and maintain efficiency throughout the entire work shift and during extended work hours.
