职位描述:
1、负责公司天猫平台店铺的各项运营工作，活动报名、日常维护、产品更新、店铺陈列，增强店铺吸引力；
2、检查品牌商品在架率、促销活动页面资源位与价格维护等；
3、负责销售目标的分解及达成，店铺转化率提升方案的制定与实施；
4、制定店铺运营各阶段、促销期运营计划并执行，完成销售目标，分析和复盘活动效果；
5、日常运营事宜和平台店小二客户关系维护；
6、与设计沟通配合进行店铺装修，主题活动设计，产品详情页等的完善和不断优化；
7、完成领导交代的其他工作。

岗位要求:
1.大专及以上学历，有1-3年天猫运营经验；
2、熟悉天猫平台运营的操作规则，熟悉跨境产品出入仓管理及保税仓流程；
3、具备良好的分析能力，善于观察细节，有较强的市场感知能力，能够敏锐的把握、预测市场动态方向；
4、有强烈的责任感，上进心和事业心，勇于承担责任，能够承受较大的工作压力，沟通与组织协调能力，善于与团队进行交流合作。
