We are looking for a highly organized and technically skilled Senior Digital Specialist to manage digital assets and microsite infrastructure across multiple platforms. This role supports global and local stakeholders in delivering seamless digital experiences through effective map updates, microsite creation, redirect link management, and A/B testing. The ideal candidate will have a strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally with CX, Marketing, and Brand teams.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Fluent in English (minimum B2 level, preferably C1) for daily global stakeholder communication.Advanced proficiency in MS Office.Experience working with Jira/Confluence is a plus.Experience in system troubleshooting and issue resolution.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong written and verbal communication abilities.Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple digital workflows.

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?
Update and create local maps (Brand Retail, BR recycling, Indirect by network/offer) monthly.Manage redirect link processes for regulations, documents, and forms, including:QR code management (static and dynamic URLs)Agency commissioning and settlementUTM taggingSupport requests from CX Acquisition (COIN), Offline Comms, and Brand Building/CC.Conduct A/B testing on iqos.com and veev-vape.com using Optimizely and The Reply.Manage microsite creation following SOP (50 steps), including strategic decisions.Handle domain lifecycle: purchasing, decommissioning, SSL certification.Oversee server management, including security and technical requirements.Collaborate on CMS development (e.g., Webtalk).Integrate lead forms with platforms like Pretius and Mirror.Maintain and update other websites (e.g., recycling landing pages, Google Play opt-out pages).Prepare and validate lead landing page offers.Conduct business analysis to map communication needs per offer.Add and update device content: descriptions, visuals, colors, legal approvals.Support development and issue reporting for the fitting tool (CMS for quizzes and digital leaflets).
