E-Commerce Manager
Position: E-Commerce Manager Area of work: Poland (all country) **THE POSITION** Responsible for the Pet business performance within the e-retail channel, managing commercial activities and delivering strong business results. The role ensures high-level service to key e-retail customers, while promoting the company’s product portfolio and value proposition in the digital space. Manages and develops strategic partnerships with national and international e-retailers (e.g. specialized pet e-commerce platforms). Identifies business opportunities and collaborates with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Digital) to define and implement commercial actions that drive sustainable growth. **Tasks & responsabilities** + Implementation of the commercial strategy to achieve sales, visibility, and promotional objectives in the e-retail channel. + Development and execution of tailored joint business plans with key e-retailers, including assortment, promotions, and media investments. + Continuous management of customer relationships: commercial negotiations, performance reviews, issue resolution, and forecasting alignment. + Monitoring and analysis of digital KPIs (sell-in, sell-out, traffic, conversion, share of search, etc.) to identify growth levers and optimize performance. + Collaboration with the Digital Marketing to ensure brand visibility and consistency across e-retail platforms. + Ensuring accurate demand planning and alignment with Marketing to guarantee product availability and service level. + Staying updated on e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and platform innovations to proactively adapt strategies. **About our future employee** + Completed higher education. + Minimum 2-3 years of experience in key account management or e-commerce roles within FMCG, Consumer Health, or Pet Care industries. + Strong openness to field-based work and business trips. + Excellent business English. + Experience in managing key accounts, e-commerce roles or omnichannel retailers. + Trade marketing, digital marketing or key account management experience is a plus. + Strong commercial acumen and digital literacy. + Experience in international or matrix organizations. + Proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented mindset. + Strong communication and relationship-building skills. **What we offer?** + Remuneration adequate to the level of experience and competence, + Bonus system, + Company car, phone, laptop, + Opportunities for improvement and professional development, + Package of non-salary benefits (medical care, life insurance, Multisport card, MyBenefit cafeteria).
