1. Execute integrated marketing plans for Chubb Taiwan, including both online and offline activities. Include but not limited to develop marketing collaterals such as banners, social media, advertorials and so on; field requests, and manage internal review processes.
2. Manage and analyze marketing campaign metrics to further enhance marketing campaign efficiency.
3. Collaborate with local teams to ensure marketing activities align with the company's overall strategy.
4. Monitor and analyze market trends, providing data-driven marketing recommendations.
5. Collect market intelligence, turn it into insights and share with stakeholders and marketing peers.
6. Partner with regional team to maximize the impact of integrated marketing campaigns for Chubb Taiwan.
7. Assist team members in supporting marketing campaigns and projects.
8. Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of marketing campaigns across the entire marketing funnel
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. Experience in financial industry is preferred.
• Data Analysis ability is preferred.
• Creative and self-motivated individual who works collaboratively in a high performance, team environment.
