Job Duties:
Responsible for day-today management of the eCommerce business in LAC. Working with the Ecommerce Specialist to develop and delivery of the eCommerce plan, strategy, and achieve targeted revenue in LAC.
Ensures that the business processes and systems are designed, developed, operational and optimized for eCommerce in Brazil and Mexico.
Partner with the third-party company (3PL) to deliver a rich experience to the targeted customer audiences, driving satisfactory and profitable customer transactions.
Customer Experience & Operations
Collaborate with 3PL partners to ensure smooth logistics, order fulfillment, and customer service.
Act as the liaison between 3PL logistics/transportation and internal operations teams to ensure service excellence.
Monitor and enhance the end-to-end customer journey across all digital touchpoints.
Performance & Strategy
Support the implementation of the eCommerce strategy and roadmap.
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform decision-making and drive improvements.
Ensure alignment with corporate goals and regional business objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams including Retail, Operations, and Finance to support eCommerce initiatives.
Take on additional responsibilities as required to support business growth and operational excellence.

Degree level
Marketing or Business (or similar) qualification
Digital Marketing/eCommerce experience ideally 3-5 years minimum
Required Experience:
Proven experience in an eCommerce role, with demonstrated success working e-commerce business initiatives from conception to implementation to delivery with quantifiable results.
Demonstrated successes in working with a cross-functional team to win support for agreed plans.
Experience managing third party vendors and agencies as necessary.
Appreciates the value of positive customer service, and has high expectations for customer satisfaction levels
Demonstrates ability to work effectively with a variety of internal and external business partners.
Strong communicator with high levels of written, verbal and interpersonal skills appropriate to purpose and situation, to communicate information, ideas, procedures and processes in a logical sequence; at a level appropriate to the audience and resulting in effective working relationships.
Good project management skills, and can demonstrate rigour in planning
Attentive to details, as well as the bigger picture
Demonstrates flexibility and agility, able to handle change and ambiguity
Can organise own time and work activities
Proven ability in using good independent judgment.
Ability to travel as needed to achieve business objectives
