The Sales department transforms yesterday’s narrow selling concept of buyer-seller relationships with retailers into a multifunctional, collaborative approach designed to achieve our mutual objectives. You will work with P&G experts to develop the right business strategies aimed at delivering sustainable competitive advantage of our products. You will be leading a significant part of our business and will be able to immediately see results of your work.
Your responsibilities may include
Leading negotiations with clients on assortment expansion, product layout, and sales strategies;
Conducting regular reviews of results and implementing long-term plans with clients;
Achieving sales goals and providing recommendations to category managers and multifunctional teams;
Lead content management, SEO optimization (winning photos, descriptions, filling product cards), execution of AB tests;
Analyzing sales dynamics, conversion rates, ROI for internal and external traffic.
Preparation and implementation of product campaigns, all tools efficiency analysis.
Compensation & Benefits
Monthly salary starting from 155 000 RUB gross

Job Qualifications
The job requires you to be based in Moscow (or you should be ready to move to Moscow with the company's support)
Any higher education degree (up to 3 years after graduation)
Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate/B2 or higher level)
Experience in working with E-Commerce
Leadership skills, sense of ownership, willingness to learn
Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
Readiness for a full-time work schedule (40 hours per week)
Willingness to travel and relocate throughout your career
