**CTG is seeking to fill a Dynatrace Consultant opening for our client in Waltham, MA.** **Location:** Waltham, MA **Duration:** 5 months **Duties:** + Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Dynatrace in enterprise-scale environments. + Deploy and manage Dynatrace OneAgent across hybrid and cloud-native infrastructures. + Establish and maintain application performance monitoring (APM), real user monitoring (RUM), and synthetic monitoring strategies. + Collaborate with DevOps, infrastructure, and application teams to integrate observability into CI/CD pipelines and operational workflows. + Analyze performance data, create dashboards, and deliver actionable insights to improve application reliability and efficiency. + Provide technical expertise on monitoring solutions and site reliability engineering (SRE) best practices. + Document configurations, procedures, and training materials to support knowledge transfer and long-term maintenance. **Skills:** + Strong expertise in Dynatrace administration, architecture, and deployment. + Deep understanding of APM, observability frameworks, and SRE principles. + Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, containers, and microservices monitoring via Dynatrace. + Proficient in configuring and tuning Dynatrace for optimal performance across multiple environments. + Familiarity with DevOps toolchains such as Jenkins, Git, and Ansible. + Working knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP. + Ability to troubleshoot performance issues in Java, .NET, Node.js, or similar application stacks. **Experience:** + 5+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years dedicated to Dynatrace implementation and management. + Proven track record of successful Dynatrace deployments in enterprise-scale, cloud-native, and hybrid environments. **Education:** + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
