We are seeking a talented and experienced Dynamics 365 Developer to join our growing technology team. You will play a key role in the development and enhancement of our bespoke CRM platform, used by Raymond James to support wealth management professionals in delivering exceptional client service.

This is a hands-on development role covering both front-end and back-end work, with a strong focus on integration, configuration, and customisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the wider Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities Design, develop and integrate solutions within Dynamics 365 / Dataverse Build and maintain integrations using: Azure Logic Apps Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) SharePoint Online Power BI Third-party plugins and APIs Customise Dynamics 365 entities, forms, views, flows, and security roles Develop plugins, web resources, and custom workflows Translate business requirements into technical solutions Conduct preliminary testing and support deployment activities Collaborate with development, delivery, and business teams across the full SDLC Occasionally support out-of-hours deployments Skills & Experience

Essential:

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 development Strong knowledge of C#, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, SQL, XML, JSON Experience with Azure services and integration patterns Familiarity with the Power Platform and Dataverse Proven ability to write and maintain plugins, custom workflows, and web resources Understanding of Dynamics 365 security model and solution packaging Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Desirable:
