**Job Summary** We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Dynamics 365 including version upgrades security integration deployment configuration data migration and administration. This role offers a hybrid work model with day shifts and does not require travel. **Responsibilities** + Lead the planning and execution of Dynamics 365 version upgrades to ensure seamless transitions and minimal downtime. + Oversee the implementation of security measures within Dynamics 365 to protect sensitive data and maintain compliance with industry standards. + Provide expertise in integrating Dynamics 365 with other systems to enhance functionality and streamline business processes. + Manage the deployment of Dynamics 365 solutions ensuring that all components are correctly installed and configured. + Configure Dynamics 365 to meet the specific needs of the organization including customizing workflows forms and reports. + Conduct data migration activities to transfer data from legacy systems to Dynamics 365 ensuring data integrity and accuracy. + Administer Dynamics 365 including user management system monitoring and troubleshooting to maintain optimal performance. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions that align with business objectives. + Provide training and support to end-users to ensure they can effectively use Dynamics 365. + Develop and maintain documentation for Dynamics 365 configurations processes and procedures. + Stay current with the latest Dynamics 365 features and updates to recommend improvements and enhancements. + Participate in project planning and status meetings to provide updates on Dynamics 365-related activities. + Contribute to the continuous improvement of cloud engineering practices within the organization. **Qualifications** + Must have extensive experience in Dynamics 365 version upgrades security integration deployment configuration data migration and administration. + Should possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues within Dynamics 365. + Must have excellent skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. + Should be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. + Nice to have experience with other cloud platforms and technologies. + Must have a strong understanding of cloud computing principles and best practices. + Should be detail-oriented and able to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines. + Must have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues. + Should be committed to continuous learning and professional development. + Must have a customer-focused mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. + Should have experience working in a hybrid work model. + Must be able to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. + Should have a strong understanding of data privacy and security principles. **Certifications Required** Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert \#LI-CTSAPAC Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer that embraces diversity, champions equity and values inclusion.
