We leverage Dynamics 365 to craft no-code/low-code solutions.ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities will include analyzing requirements, conducting process optimization, and conceptualizing solutions based on Dynamics 365Engage with the latest Microsoft technologies while working on projects for international clients, always prioritizing customer focus and sustainabilityMentor junior developers for skill developmentExecute solution design and development using the latest Microsoft technologies, emphasizing sustainabilityPlan, develop, and realize extension components for DYNAMICS 365, with a focus on ribbon customizations, plugins, web resources and custom APIsLead customer consultations through workshops for optimal technology useImplement Microsoft DYNAMICS 365 apps, considering governance, change management, and securityWork collaboratively in a motivated team, deploying solutions, managing ALM pipelines, translating needs into low-code solutions, leading app development, and ensuring high-quality softwareMinimum Requirements5 years of experience with Dynamics 365 including DevOps experience on the Azure PlatformWide-ranging knowledge of Microsoft 365 Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, or Customer Insights, including Expertise in SharePoint and TeamsProficiency in implementing Custom ConnectorsSolid understanding of Authentication and Authorization flows within DYNAMICS 365 and Power AutomateAgile project methodologyPrevious experience in programming languages such as C# and TypeScript, SQL, HTML/CSS/JavaScriptExcellent understanding of database design principles including knowledge of Microsoft DataverseProven dev experience in dynamics 365 and Power AutomatePreferred QualificationsCertification with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certification with Microsoft Power PlatformAbout ReplyReply specializes in the design and implementation of solutions based on new communication channels and digital media.
