We are looking for a talented and experienced DX Solution Specialist to join our Cardinal Health Japan IT team. If you are passionate about technology, thrive in a collaborative environment and dedicated to making a positive impact on healthcare, we want to hear from you! **_What “_** **DX Solution Specialist** **_” contributes to Cardinal Health_** As a DX Specialist, you’ll play a critical role to help drive our Business transformation journey across Commercial – field/digital, Sales management, supply chain, manufacturing, finance and HR. As our organization continues to evolve in the digital landscape, we aim to maximize the potential of our digital platforms including CRM-Salesforce, AI-based solutions, and other emerging technologies. This role will lead digital initiatives, identify opportunities, drive innovation and contribute to establishing a digital CoE that connects strategy with execution. You will be part of regional commercial IT team based in Tokyo, Japan and will closely working with local/regional and global stakeholders to investigate, stitch and implement DX ideas together. **_Key Responsibilities_** + Lead and manage Digital Transformation (DX) initiatives across business units being part of IT, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. + Act as a trusted advisor to functional leaders (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, Manufacturing) on how digital tools can solve business challenges. + Drive adoption and implementation of tools such as Salesforce CRM, AI-Gen/Agentic, automation platforms, analytics dashboards and workflow tools. + Assess existing business processes and identify digital opportunities to improve efficiency, insights and customer experience. + Develop and promote the Digital Center of Excellence (CoE) as a hub for innovation, best practices and cross-functional collaboration. + Define and monitor key performance indicator (KPIs) for transformation projects, + Collaborate with internal/external IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors/partners to deliver scalable solutions. + Support Change Management, communication plans, and trainings programs to ensure successful user adoption. + Stay updated on technology trends, regulator impacts and innovations in the medical device or healthcare industry. **Required:** + Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. + Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Japanese is a must. + 5+ years of experience in IT, digital consulting or business transformation roles. + Excellent communication, stakeholder management, influencing skills and the ability to stay focused on completing tasks and meeting goals within a busy workspace. + Proven track record of managing DX projects across functions in a corporate setting, preferably in medical devices, healthcare, or manufacturing sectors. + Experience and awareness with Salesforce related technologies –Einstein. + Understanding process automation, AI tools/applications, data analytics tools and integration tools. + Self-driven to learn, investigate, propose, prioritize and drive DX activities by collaborating with different stakeholders. + Innovative mindset with a passion to learn and implement latest tech, business process & continuous improvement. + Ability to work collaboratively in an international team environment. **Preferred:** + MBA or MS in Digital innovation + Experience with Agile methodologies. + Certifications in Agile/Scrum, or Chanage Management, Lean Six Sigma + Prior experience in building Digital CoE + Understanding of compliance impact on digital systems. + Awareness on ERP, Supply chain related systems, website management _Candidates who are back-to-work, people with disabilities, without a college degree, and Veterans are encouraged to apply._ _Cardinal Health supports an inclusive workplace that values diversity of thought, experience and background.
