Overview Main objectives: Provide tactical support for Shopper Marketing within selected areas Purpose: Deliver necessary tools for execution KPIs in OT, TT & AFH Scope: Total Poland Responsibilities Execution of trade marketing calendar via full responsibility of ready to sell tools- prepacked units on E2E basis Schweppes coordination of cooperation with third party in terms of sales activation Tactical support for AFH channel PVM coordination of cooperation in terms of sales activation DX budget management (A&M, OPEX, CDA TT) in cooperation with GBS India Qualifications Higher education – preferably in Marketing, Management, Economics, or Trade Additional experience in data analysis, trade marketing/DX is a plus Knowledge of analytical tools – very good command of Excel and PowerPoint. Basic knowledge of Power BI and SAP is a plus. English – minimum B2 level Having a driving license (category B) is a plus Analytical thinking – the role is strongly based on data analysis Work organization and independence – this position often requires managing several projects simultaneously Communication and collaboration skills Proactivity and initiative – willingness to propose new solutions is highly valued
