Duty Terminal Officer-Guest Relations
Provide exceptional guest service to passengers by assisting with inquiries, check-in processes, and security procedures Coordinate with various airport departments to ensure smooth and efficient guest flow Handle guest feedback and complaints effectively, seeking timely resolutions Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and security measures Execute VIP handling and special service requests with attention to detail and discretion Conduct regular briefings and training sessions for the guest service team to uphold service standards Collaborate with airline representatives and ground handling agencies to optimize guest experiences Assist in emergency response and crisis management situations as per aviation protocols Participate in airport service enhancements and process improvement initiatives

  Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field Relevant certifications in Airport Operations, Customer Service, or Aviation Security are advantageous.

Experience:  Minimum 5-10 years of experience in the aviation industry Demonstrated track record of delivering high-quality guest service in a dynamic airport environment Proven ability to handle challenging situations with grace and professionalism
