About the location:

The ability to follow proper payroll and uniform procedures. 

Working shifts as needed by the job scope of 24 hours per day coverage. 

The ability to maintain and re-lamp all lamps in the hotel, including socket repair and replacement. 

The ability to clean all stations in Engineering and maintain a neat and organized department. 

The ability to adjust, and clean televisions, radios, VCR’s, DVD’s and any other electrical appliance available in the guest rooms. 

The ability to respond to all guest complaints regarding the maintenance & repair of their room or public area in a timely manner of the FS standards. 

The ability to carry out basic repairs and troubleshoot guestroom and public area Fan Coil Units. 

The ability to assist engineers on major shut downs for repairs. 

The ability to maintain logs for all work performed while on duty. 

The ability to take meter readings, record temperatures and pressures in heating and cooling plant. 

The ability to check all mechanical and electrical rooms. 

The ability to clean light fixtures and shades. 

The ability to provide PM on all guest rooms through the perfect team program. 

The ability to respond to work orders or room inspection reports submitted by Department Heads. 

The ability to respond to all emergency conditions such as fires, power failures,  etc. 

The ability to replace fuses, circuit breakers, starters, etc. 

The ability to maintain a good working relationship with other employees,  

      providing instruction and encouragement as needed. 

The ability to ensure a clean, neat and organized work area. 

The ability to conduct oneself in a professional manner at all times to reflect the high standards of Four Seasons Hotels. 

The ability to handle and report any accident immediately, no matter how minor. 

The ability to respond properly and professionally in any hotel emergency or  

      safety situation. 

The ability to report any damages observed within the Resort area, whether it be guestroom, public areas or any employee housing units through the Engineering reporting systems in place.  Reporting to be done within one hour of discovery. 

The ability to perform other tasks or projects as assigned by Engineering  

      supervisory, management and Planning Committee Members. 

The ability to carry out any work orders given by senior management or Engineering management in a timely and correct manner. 

To perform their duties as quickly as possible and pay attention to details to ensure that Four Seasons standards are maintained at all times. 

To maintain their tools and equipment in excellent condition at all times and report any damage or breakages to Engineering management. 

The ability to work on any of the systems or equipment within the resort and maintain and clean as instructed by senior management and Engineering management.
