This individual will educate patients about the use of Durable Medical Equipment (Sleep PAP devices) and disseminating the appropriate supplies. **JOB QUALIFICATIONS** **EDUCATION** _For positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation._ **Minimum Required:** Successful completion of an accredited program resulting in an associate degree with emphasis in polysomnography or respiratory care. **Preferred/Optional:** None **EXPERIENCE** **Minimum Required:** One year experience as a registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT), Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT), or Certified Respiratory Technician (CRT). **Preferred/Optional:** One year working/providing assistance with Durable Medical Equipment, sleep related equipment. **CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES** _The following licensure(s), certification(s), registration(s), etc., are required for this position. Licenses with restrictions are subject to review to determine if restrictions are substantially related to the position._ **Minimum Required:** + Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) by the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (BRPT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Technician (CRT) by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC). + Respiratory Care Practitioner License in an applicable state, if applicable. + Valid driver’s license in an applicable state with acceptable driving record. + Basic Life Support (BLS) certification awarded by the American Heart Association (AHA) within three months of hire. **Preferred/Optional:** Basic Life Support (BLS) certification awarded by the American Heart Association (AHA) at time of hire. **Marshfield Clinic Health System is committed to enriching the lives of others through accessible, affordable and compassionate healthcare.
