Job Scope:
This position will be responsible for the following roles in order to maximize and optimize Dupixent business for the indications of Asthma in collaboration with global MKT team as well as local cross-functional team as the leader of Asthma MKT group in Japan.
Key Responsibilities:
Develops annual marketing brand plan for Asthma by taking into consideration market needs, customer insight, competitive landscape, regulatory changes etc. The plan includes future launches (Asthma pediatric), product pruning, customers/channel strategy and product prioritization with financial output in collaboration with global team.Leads marketing team in the development and execution of all brand tactical elements and initiatives including their content, that support the operational brand plans, optimizing sales, market share and revenue growth for major and other brands in the short and medium term.Leads Asthma marketing team to create all tactical tools based on the brand plan, building on customer insights and learnings across the franchise including meeting contents and digital tools and contents.Creates medium to long term Asthma / Respiratory strategy to maximize value of Dupixent in collaboration with franchise head and respiratory department head.Talent development for brand managers in immunology franchiseSelling Points■Empowered Role in a Key MarketThe Japanese market, alongside the US and China, is recognized as a P3 (key market), granting a certain level of autonomy. Experience Requirements:
5+ years of marketing in ethical pharma businessSales experience in ethical pharma business is a plus.Line manager experience in ethical pharma business is a plus.Therapeutic experience in respiratory and/or biologic field.New product and/or indication launch experience is a plus.Essential Skills and Education/Qualifications Required:
