The M&E + Audio Dev Senior Producer position is a leadership role and is responsible for ensuring all M&E + Audio Dev projects destined for Brazilian Portuguese at our facilities in Sao Paulo (Keywords Brazil) are completed on scope, budget, timeline and for maintaining day to day relationships and comms with internal and external stakeholders. While reporting directly to the Service Line Director, this role is globally facing and will include working with sister entities and colleagues locally globally as well as helping with the Service Line ad hoc special projects as the business requires.

The position includes overseeing and leading the local M&E + Audio Dev team in Brazil (internal and external) who take part in the M&E + Audio Dev projects at the Sao Paulo Studio whether it be from direct clients, via the Studio, the Service Line or the KWS Business Development team.

This role interfaces with local and global Shared Services teams, IT, InfoSec, Finance, HR, to ensure compliance smooth day to day operations. At the physical studio level, this role ensures that the recording studios are in good working order, upholding our SLAs and security standards.

This role is multi-faceted and requires stellar communication skills, transparent reporting, sharp organizational skills, attuned attention to details, exemplary production and people management skills all the while upholding the high-quality standards and executing the goals set forth by the Studio, the Service Line and the overall business.
