As a Floor Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring a smooth, professional, and courteous guest experience.

What will you do?Run a Dealer RotationSupervise both traditional Poker and designated Player gamesMake floor rulings consistent with our house rules, internal controls, and state regulationsRun daily poker tournaments following established policies and protocolsEnsure guests are attended to and receive a positive experienceAccurately rate players on designated player tablesReport any irregularities to a Shift Manager or Poker Room Manager

More about youMust be 18 years of age or olderMust be able to obtain and maintain a state gaming licenseMinimum of 2 years of supervisory and professional poker dealing experienceMust be able to demonstrate the standard level of skills, knowledge, and performance in the various types of poker games offered at the facilityAbility to work weekends and overtime as neededNo college degree required
