Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('Versant') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. The well-capitalized company will have significant scale as a pure-play set of assets anchored by leading news, sports and entertainment content. The spin-off is expected to be completed during 2025.

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Marketing Coordinator to support strategic marketing initiatives, campaign performance, and membership growth efforts. This role will work cross-functionally with web, analytics, and promotional teams to execute strategies that enhance member acquisition, engagement, and retention.
In this role, you will be a part of the larger NBC Sports Next and Fandango Direct-to-Consumer team.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Reporting & Analysis
+ Monitor and analyze membership performance metrics across acquisition, engagement, and retention.
+ Conduct reporting in Google Analytics to report out on traffic and performance.
+ Provide ongoing analysis of campaigns, promotions, and membership trends to improve marketing effectiveness.
+ Track and report on promo code redemptions and program analytics.
Web Publishing & CMS Management
+ Manage updates and content in the CMS across key pages.
+ Ensure accuracy in web publishing and perform cross-platform QA testing.
+ Coordinate with partners to maintain consistency in affiliate and partner pages.
Promotions & Offers
+ Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns across acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives.
+ Handle SKU and promo code management (creation, tracking, reporting).
+ QA assets, links, and offers to ensure campaigns launch accurately.
+ Implement and test sweepstakes and promotional mechanics using tools like JustUno.
Research & Surveys
+ Identify research gaps and manage member and non-member survey implementation.
+ Analyze and present findings with actionable insights.
Team & Administrative Support
+ Assist with internal meetings: scheduling, file organization, and communication support.
+ Provide backup support to other team members as needed.
Basic Requirements:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
+ 2+ years of experience in a marketing, operations, or analytics support role.
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
+ Comfort working with data sets; experience with Excel/Google Sheets required.
+ Basic understanding of marketing funnels and customer lifecycle stages.
Desired Characteristics:
+ Experience with marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CMS tools, Looker, or similar platforms); familiarity with JustUno and SheerID is a plus.
+ Familiarity with promo or offer systems (e.g., Shopify, Salesforce, proprietary tools).
+ Experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
+ Interest in marketing analytics, experimentation, or lifecycle marketing.
Additional Job Requirements:
+ Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the Orlando office, a minimum of three days per week.
+ Must be willing to work in the Orlando, FL office
