Role Purpose

To plan, direct, and coordinate the Facilities and DTAP Mechanical systems compliant to the Division Facility & DTAP Mechanical Design Standards.  To work with the plant Facility & DTAP team to support standard equipment devices, mechanical features, and components related to Asset reliability & Protection.  To participate in, and support Design Reviews for all new critical Facility & DTAP equipment upgrade configurations. 

Key Responsibilities Governance plant Facility / DTAP operations and maintenance are compliance. To have clear understanding of the mechanical systems related to Facilities Equipment within the Plant. To have working knowledge of the controls and mechanical systems related to Facilities within all Base Business locations. To support the Division Facility & DTAP objectives of standardization and rigorous change control. To facilitate and addressing the potential risk in Facility & DTAP system through HAZOP / FMEA. To support and provide standard equipment lists for Division facility & DTAP Facilities equipment management. To appropriate and manage necessary Mechanical Contractor resources to support Facility & DTAP objectives. To ensure Mechanical drawings are archived properly within the Division Facilities Drawing Maintenance system. To provide constructive support during the development of Emergency Response Drills. To assist in the development of Facility & DTAP Training materials and provide ILT. To support the development and maintenance of thorough design documentation based on design standards and department procedures. Experiences/Education - Required BS above (include) degree and major in engineering – Mechanical or Automation Control. Graduates need a degree in a relevant subject such as mechanical, automotive or aeronautical or manufacturing engineering 3~5 years of experience in Facility domain. 3~5 years of mechanical operation experience repairing and/or installing equipment. 3~5 years of experience using vibration measurement. Experienced in system start-up, inspection, commissioning, and acceptance. Experiences/Education - Desired FMEA HAZOP Process problem solving : Kepner Tregoe(KT) Processes DMAIC Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc) Effective Leadership in a multi-cultural team.
