岗位职责/Job Responsibilities:

1.企业ESG相关数据治理，负责收集、清洗和整合供应链ESG 相关数据，包括采购、物流、制造相关项目进展、治理结构等多维度信息，搭建并维护 ESG 数据管理体系，确保数据的准确性、完整性和及时性，为后续分析工作奠定坚实基础。

2.运用 R 语言、SQL 等工具开展数据分析工作，管理ESG 相关数据质量，挖掘潜在规律与关联，识别企业在环境、社会及治理领域的关键指标表现，形成标准化的数据分析报告，为企业管理层提供决策支持，助力企业挖掘数据价值。

3.基于数据科学与算法知识，设计并优化 ESG 数据模型，结合线性规划方法（通过 MATLAB 实现）对企业 ESG 绩效提升方案进行模拟与评估，提出具有可操作性的改进建议，推动企业 ESG 管理水平的持续提升。

4.与全球各部门（如ESG管理部、供应链、产品研发等）保持紧密沟通，明确各部门的 ESG 数据需求，协调数据收集过程中的问题，确保数据口径的一致性；同时与外部合作伙伴、行业机构对接，获取行业 ESG 基准数据，为企业 ESG 对标分析提供支持。

岗位要求/Job Requirements：
1.具备扎实的数据分析能力，熟练掌握 R 语言进行数据处理与可视化分析，精通 SQL 数据库查询与操作，熟悉算法与数据结构基础知识，能够独立完成复杂的数据分析任务，并有数据库实践经验者优先。
2.可以独立开发Python在 linear programming 中的应用，能够运用相关方法解决 ESG 数据建模与优化问题，具备将数学模型与实际业务场景结合的能力，对数据科学与 analytics 领域的前沿技术和工具保持敏感度，并能积极应用于工作中。
3.具备优秀的中英文沟通表达能力和团队协作精神，能够清晰、准确地向非技术背景的同事传递数据分析结果与专业见解，在跨部门协作中积极主动地推进工作；同时具有较强的问题解决能力和抗压能力，能够应对复杂的数据环境和紧迫的项目需求。 Additional Locations:  * China - Beijing - 北京（Beijing） * China * China - Beijing * China - Beijing - 北京（Beijing）
