To find out more visit www.lenovo.com , and read about the latest news via ourStoryHub (https://news.lenovo.com/) . **Description and Requirements** **Description and Requirements** We are seeking a dynamic and experiencedDigital TransformationBusiness Process Design Analyst to support our Digital Transformation team.This role will be pivotal in driving the adoption of digital technologies and processes to enhance ourfinancial measurement reporting operations, improve customerexperience, and achieve strategic goals. **Key Responsibilities** ​ + Partners with overseas finance teams to identify pain points in measurement reporting, gather business requirements, and drive the unification and optimization of measurement reporting and financial analysis processes.​ + Lead finance reporting transformation projects to on-time delivery, while supporting seamless business adoption through stakeholder engagement and training.​ + Coordinate cross-functionally with finance and other business teams to align end-to-end process improvements and represent the finance team in deploying these initiatives.​ + Collaborate with IT teams to deliver technical solutions for financial processes and systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives.​ + Ensure high-quality deliverables and maintain ongoing communication with finance teams to drive continuous process improvement.​ **Basic Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related field. + 5+ years of experience in Financial Services, with expertise in FP&A, Accounting Consolidation, Expense Management orRiskManagement. + 3+years of experience in global finance transformation projects (e.g., FP&A, Audit), with a track record ofdeliveryprocess or system improvements. **Preferred Qualifications** + Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both finance and non-finance stakeholders. + Proven ability to identify business process inefficiencies and propose actionable solutions. + Experience in designing business solutions and evaluating technical feasibility in collaboration with IT teams. + Solid understanding of financial digital transformation practices, key technologies, and solutions. + Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. + Strong prioritization and multitasking abilities, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment. + Familiarity with AI architecture design, AI solution design, data analytics, and change management. The base salary budgeted range for this position is $105-135k. Individuals may also be considered forbonusand/or commission.This position is hybrid 3days/wkat our Morrisville,NCor Chicago, IL locations.
