Your Role

In your daily job you will:

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for the plant.Conduct cost analysis and identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and corporate financial policies.Oversee accurate and timely month-end closings, reporting, and variance analysis.Provide strategic financial insights to support plant leadership in operational and investment decisions.Manage capital expenditure planning, tracking, and reporting.Monitor and optimize inventory levels to maintain working capital efficiency.Collaborate closely with regional and global finance teams to ensure alignment and consistency in financial practices and reporting.

Your Background

Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred).Minimum 10 years of experience in plant or manufacturing finance.Strong understanding of cost accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis.Proficiency in ERP systems and financial reporting tools.Excellent communication and leadership skills.
