Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Drywall Taper / Finishers for projects located in and around Reno, NV.  This is a first shift opportunity with a pay range of up to $28/hour based on experience and skill level.  If you are a Drywall Taper / Finisher and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

Job Scope:

Apply Joint Compound and Tape to Drywall Seams, Corners, and JointsPerform Precise Sanding and Finishing to Achieve a Smooth or Texture-Matched SurfaceConduct Patchwork on Damaged Drywall and Stucco Surfaces, ensuring Color, Texture and Finish Continuity with Existing FinishesCut out and Repair Damaged Sections of Drywall and Interior Stucco using Appropriate Tools and MaterialsAccurately Match Interior Stucco Textures such as Skip Trowel, Knockdown, or Custom Hand Textures during Patching WorkUse Spray Rigs, Trowels, Brushes and Other Tools to Recreate FinishesCoordinate with Supervisors or Site Leads to ensure all patch and Repair Work Meets Quality Expectations and Times-linesMaintain a Clean, Safe Work Area

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 Years of Experience in Drywall Finishing, including Texture Matching and Stucco PatchingStrong Ability to Assess Repair Areas and Determine Appropriate Patching MethodsFamiliarity with a Range of Drywall Textures and Application TechniquesDetail Oriented with a Commitment to High Quality CraftsmanshipAbility to Work Independently and as Part of a Team in Fast Paced Environments
