We are seeking a reliable, self-motivated Driver & Sales Representative to join our vending company. This dual-role position involves restocking and servicing vending machines across various locations while also promoting products, upselling, and identifying new sales opportunities. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and capable of working independently to achieve operational and sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Driving & Vending Machine Service
+ Drive a company vehicle to assigned locations on a daily route.
+ Load, unload, and restock vending machines with products.
+ Monitor inventory levels and ensure machines are clean, organized, and fully operational.
+ Perform basic maintenance and report technical issues or damages.
+ Accurately record product usage and cash/coin collections.
Sales & Customer Relations
+ Build strong relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional service.
+ Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities during site visits.
+ Recommend product selections based on customer preferences and sales trends.
+ Communicate promotions and new offerings to customers.
+ Scout for potential new vending locations and provide leads to the sales team.
Qualifications:
+ Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
+ Previous experience in sales, route driving, or vending is preferred.
+ Excellent communication and customer service skills.
+ Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
+ Strong organizational and time management skills.
+ Comfortable using mobile devices or route tracking software.
Working Conditions:
+ Drive a company vehicle to assigned locations on a daily route.
+ Early morning starts and flexible schedule may be required.
+ Exposure to various weather conditions while loading/unloading.
