As the Driver Safety Coordinator, you will be part of a team of professionals who help every employee to return home safe every day and maintain Pittsburgh Paints Co. operational effectiveness to provide its customers with the best products and services.
You will report to the Sr. Manager, EHS Programs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and support implementation of cost effective, industry best practices that reduce motor vehicle collisions and claim costs.
Maintain incident reporting and tracking data systems for motor vehicle collisions, incident corrective actions, employee motor vehicle records, automotive damage claims, driver training completion and driver cameras.
Coordinate the driver risk review process. Support the store and sales operations team to assure appropriate follow-up and coaching occurs after a preventable motor vehicle accident and when behavior deviations are identified by in-vehicle cameras or when changes occur to driver risk levels.
Support automotive insurance claims processing by assuring timely first report of loss.
Source vendors to support driver safety programs including review of state and provincial motor vehicle records, driver risk assessments, driver safety training and in-vehicle cameras.
Develop, distribute and support store and sales operations team to implement monthly driver safety awareness topics.
Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for matters involving driver safety.
Qualifications
BS degree or 5 years relevant experience
Passion for improving driver safety
Experience using Excel
