As a Driver at MGM National Harbor, you’re not just behind the wheel—you’re behind the scenes of unforgettable experiences. Whether transporting VIP guests, top-tier executives, or responding to exclusive requests, you’ll deliver polished, professional service that reflects the prestige of our brand. With every trip, errand, and interaction, you help ensure the journey is just as exceptional as the destination.

THE SCHEDULE: 10:00PM - 6:45AM

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Drive with Purpose: Safely transport guests, VIPs, and executives with exceptional care, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Support the Unexpected: Handle exclusive errands, special requests, and on-the-go assignments—always ready, always reliable.

Maintain the Look: Keep luxury vehicles spotless, fueled, and inspection-ready, representing the MGM standard at every turn.

Own the Pace: Stay in close contact with dispatch to manage real-time updates, changing routes, and rapid requests.

Be a Brand Ambassador: Set the tone with every greeting, every trip, and every interaction—your service is the first impression they’ll remember.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

At least 21 years old

Valid, unexpired driver's license in good standing (no suspended or revoked)

Pay Rate

The rate for this role is:

$14.10

This is a tip eligible position.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
