POSITION SUMMARY:

The Driver, Transportation operates the company's cars and transports passengers to their destination, while providing a safe and pleasant ride to our guests.  

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Cleans car assigned and maintains the vehicle in perfect conditions, both interior & exteriorDrives & maintains the experience of journey a comfortable & pleasant oneObeys to traffic laws, especially speed limits, with or without passenger on boardMakes good use of the vehicle according to “use of vehicle’ guidesKeeps absolute confidentiality about passenger’s informationPrepares reports when requestedAdheres to all Company policies and proceduresReports accidents, injuries, unsafe work conditions and / or security issues to supervisorsPerforms valet parking service and other reasonable job duties as assigned by supervisors from time to time

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

Driver ensures that the vehicle is clean and has ample fuelPicks up customers on time at predetermined locations and predetermined timesAssists passengers in the handling of luggage; must be able to lift at least 30kgOpens the door for passengers and close it behind themDrives under the speed limit at all times with or without passengers in the carFills out vehicle inspection form at each shift beginning and shift endFollows through Standard Operating Procedures

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience

Minimum 6 months working experience as a limousine driver or driver of travel agency, and/orMinimum 1 year working experience in hospitality industry, preferably in hotel sectorMinimum 3 years of driving experience

Education

High school graduated or equivalent professional training

Skills

Holder of a valid Cyprus driving license and a professional driving licenceSafe and defensive driver in all types of weatherFamiliar with the layout of the city and its speed limitsGood sense of service & communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skillsAble to read and communicate in Greek & English
