DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Class 1 HGV Driver to play a vital role in our distribution service.

\n

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

\n\nAny 5 from 7 - Start times between 06:00am and 08:00am - 48hr working week\nResponsibility for efficient transportation and delivery of products to customers using a commercial motor vehicle\nClass 1 - Collections - delivery - Back hauls - NDC - RDC - Store delivery \nEnsure that any documentation is completed, signed as required and returned to the Transport office\nTo carry out vehicle and auxiliary equipment checks prior to operation of any vehicle and report any defects immediately\nDrive in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations\nComply with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations\n\n

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

\n\nYou will hold a valid HGV Class 1 Driving Licence (C+E), Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card\n2 years class 1 driving experience \nNo more than 6 points \n\n
