deliveries\nTo ensure the shipment is being delivered within the agreed urgent SLAs and the POD’s are updated accordingly via Delivery Connect (DC), DHL/Customer’s System\nSorting and verification, loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe and timely manner. To follow ETA without failure\nReviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are completed.\nAssisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles.\nEnsure customer sign-off the delivery order.\nAccepting payments for delivered items (if applicable)\nProviding excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients.\nAdhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.\nAbiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.\nPreparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries.\nUpdating TMS system (POD updating via sign on glass)\nRequirements\nValid Driving & GDL license

- 40ft Trailer ( E driving license & GDL)\nMinimum 2 years experiences in driving van / trucks\nAble to read and write English & Bahasa Malaysia.\nAbility to work with minimum supervision\nAbility to use good judgment in making decisions, \nFundamental working knowledge of statistics\nMust be flexible and able to work effectively within organization with little or no direct supervision. \nMust be able to interface successfully with various personalities, cultures and work environments. \nMust be able to readily adjust priorities and tasks in response to business needs.\nStrong time management and customer service skills.\nAttention to detail.\n100% deliveries without failure\nAble to work as a team\nAble to follow supervisor / reporting manager instructions related to scope and deliveries.\n
