Honoring local heritage and artfully reimagined for modern-day elegance, the resort includes residents-only facilities and amenities, a luxury spa and state-of-the-art well-being/fitness center, exquisite and diverse fine dining outlets, outdoor pursuits to include a tennis center, and an 18-hole golf course, bowling and movie theater experiences, and an exclusive private club. About the role

The Driver assists guests by providing transportation to and from local destinations within a defined geographical area.

What you will do

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

-Provides a safe and comfortable ride for hotel guests. Assures that the car is in good repair and is stocked with the necessary amenities such as bottled water, current newspapers and magazines. Maintains appropriate logs noting guests who were transported and the details of their transportation. Has strong knowledge of local streets so that the guest can be transported to and from their destination in the shortest possible time.
-When not transporting guests, opens hotel doors for all guests and extends a warm welcome. Assists Valet Parkers as needed.
-Provides guests with directions, recommendations, and information about the city and the surrounding areas and their attractions. Hails taxis as needed. Loads luggage in car for departing guests.
-Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer complaints, assists customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, etc.

-Complies with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
-Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.

NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

-Provides a high level of cleanliness on the driveway and hotel entrance. 
-Assists with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Bell Staff and Valet Parking Staff.
 

What you bring

-Valid Florida Driver’s License required

-Clean driving record

-Ability to operate vehicles safely and efficiently

-Previous Guest Services experience preferred
