Pay: The hourly pay rate range for this position is $23.50 + benefits. Base pay will vary within the range depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This information is specific to [location] and may not be applicable to other locations.
What your day in this role might involve at OC-Lake Charles:
Safely operate a 53 foot trailer to deliver products timely and free of damage. Be home every night for dinner!
What makes a successful OC Lake Charles team member:
Must haves include…
Class A CDL with a good driving record Knowledge of DOT rules and regulations Must be able to pass MVR Driving record check, and MCCI Clearinghouse application High School Diploma or GED and be at least 18 Years Old Able to pass a pre-employment drug screening Good communication skills and attitude, with customer, inside and outside Sales.
Would be terrific if you also …
Able to read and interpret quantity on shipping tickets. Know how to properly identify product on tickets. Have good organization and communication skills.
There are some essential physical requirements specific to our work environment, including being able to:
Sit for 10 - 12 hours daily Ability to lift at least to 50lbs and on occasion push/pull 100lbs, Do repetitive movements (hand, arm, leg; bending and twisting at the waist; bending at the knee; squatting; lift, push and pull 40-pounds) Withstand exposure to temperature extremes; sounds or noise levels that may be uncomfortable
