**Shift:** Monday-Friday 8am – 4:30 pm,
**Position Purpose**
Trinity Health PACE is seeking a dedicated Driver to ensure the safe and timely transportation of our elderly participants. This role also includes transporting meals, medical equipment, and pharmacy items, while maintaining vehicle safety and cleanliness.

**What You Will Do**
+ Safely transport participants to medical appointments, activities, and the PACE center
+ Provide physical assistance during boarding and exiting vehicles
+ Deliver meals, durable medical equipment, and pharmacy items
+ Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report safety concerns
+ Follow assigned schedules and adapt to changes as needed
+ Communicate effectively with team members and participants
+ Uphold infection control and safety standards
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)
+ Valid driver’s license in good standing; CDL with passenger endorsement required for vehicles over 15 passengers
+ CPR certification (required in some locations)
+ At least 1 year of experience with frail or elderly populations (or willingness to train)
+ Reliable, safety-conscious, and customer-focused

Pay Range - 17.53-25.42
