• Drive company Latam Director and General Manager to and from office, meetings, and events in a safe, timely, and courteous manner.
• Maintain the cleanliness, maintenance schedule, and fuel level of the assigned vehicle.
• Ensure optimal route planning using traffic apps or prior knowledge of the city to avoid delays.
• Follow all traffic laws, corporate policies, and safety protocols at all times.
• Assist with light errands or document delivery, as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding conversations, schedules, and sensitive information.
• Keep logs of travel times, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance as needed.
• Be available for occasional after-hours or weekend driving when required.
• Report any incidents or mechanical issues immediately to the supervisor.
