**Job Title: Driver** **Job Description** This critical role involves efficiently managing the transportation, distribution, and staging of materials within our facility, as well as the delivery of finished goods outside the facility. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, dedicated, enthusiastic, and efficient, ensuring timely delivery and careful handling to support order fulfillment and operational goals. **Responsibilities** + Process material movements both physically and systematically. + Assist with loading and unloading of trucks with materials or finished goods. + Stay current on local licensing and safety requirements. + Perform local pickups and deliveries. + Carry out other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Management. **Essential Skills** + Driving a pickup truck or 24-foot flatbed truck. + Friendly disposition and experience with customer service. + Ability to load and unload materials manually without a forklift. + Must be computer literate and able to use Microsoft Office tools. + Ability to excel in fast-paced environments. + Valid unrestricted driver’s license and a clean driving record. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High School Diploma or equivalent work experience. + Ability to stand, walk, bend, extend, reach, twist, and drive for long periods. + Must be able to lift at least 45 lbs. + Passionate about materials management and supply chain management. + DOT physical prior to or shortly after hiring. + Knowledge of DOT regulations. + At least 2 years of related experience. + Successful history in small or mid-sized companies. **Why Work Here?** We offer a competitive salary, rewarding performance and dedication.
