**Job Description**
The Training Coordinator position is an on-site role based out of Danfoss Headquarter in Nordborg, Denmark. Your primary focus will be on local training coordination. The coordinator will manage and administer training programs across divisions, ensuring effective organization of logistics, facilitating communication between learners and instructors, and delivering a smooth learning experience. In addition to the local training coordination, the role will cover virtual coordination and facilitation for EMEA and APAC in collaboration with the local teams in the region. You will be working closely with subject matter experts and curriculum owners to develop and deliver consistent training content aligned with Danfoss's strategic goals. Successful performance as training coordinator can lead to further professional growth opportunities by further role extensions.
**Job Responsibilities**
+ The role will primarily focus on technical product, system, and application training, while also supporting other strategically important learning modules.
+ Support the trainer in facilitating training sessions, including virtual classes, and manage logistics such as catering and travel arrangements for on-site trainings.
+ Coordinate with instructors to schedule classes and monitor class rosters.
+ Promote training programs internally and externally to maximize participation.
+ Manage learner communications and address any logistical issues or class cancellation risks.
+ Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) for course creation, participant registration, and completion tracking.
+ Provide reports on attendance and training outcomes to stakeholders.
+ Drive the establishment of technical training KPIs and ensure training program completeness.
+ Collaborate with divisions to align product training with relevant learning paths.
+ Responsible for non-product-specific training equipment and setup.
+ Monitor and manage invoices and budgetary allocations.
+ Perform additional duties as required.
**Background & Skills**
+ Bachelor’s degree in education, Business Administration, or related field.
+ Excellent organizational and communication skills.
+ Ability to manage cross-divisional and cross-regional training programs.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
+ Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
+ Have a proactive customer-first and growth mindset, enjoying supporting people to learn and develop.
Preferred Skills
+ Proven experience in training coordination or a similar role is an advantage.
+ Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training software is an advantage.
