Join Danfoss Power Solutions as a Project Coordinator for High-Impact Claims, where you'll play a key role in resolving critical customer issues and driving improvements in our warranty handling processes.
Your Role
In this position, you’ll take charge of managing and resolving technical customer issues related to Danfoss Power Solutions Controls products — including hydraulic components and systems. You'll lead cross-functional teams, ensure efficient and timely claims resolution, and build strong relationships with our customers.
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
Assemble and lead expert teams to effectively address customer claims
Coordinate with Quality, R&D, Production, and Sales teams to drive fast and effective resolutions
Take ownership of recall and field actions, ensuring smooth, systematic execution
Be a trusted contact for customers — both remotely and on-site
Proactively identify customer needs and collaborate internally to address them
Analyze warranty data and trends to improve processes and prevent recurring issues

To thrive in this role, you’ll likely bring:
A technical degree (e.g., Mechanical Engineering) or similar technical background
Experience in warranty handling and technical customer service
Familiarity with Danfoss Power Solutions Controls products (hydraulic knowledge is a plus)
Strong communication and collaboration skills
A proactive mindset and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is a plus
Willingness to travel up to 10%
English proficiency at C1 level
