**Job Description** **General Purpose** Maintain safe and efficient operation and cleaning of production equipment, maximizing production up-time, to produce safe quality foods. **Job Duties and Responsibilities** + Perform and master all items covered in job descriptions for the filler, processor, and box room job duties + Effectively and efficiently set up and operation of filler and processing equipment for production + Perform CIP and manual washing of all machines and components + Perform chemical concentration checks and routine quality checks on finished product + Monitor and maintain quality of product and all processes + Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately + Maintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issues + Follow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements + The requirements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employee, but is not a complete list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required.
