**Job Description:**
**Essential Roles and Responsibilities:**
+ The employee will be expected to perform the following tasks:
+ Demonstrate an ability to problem solve and implement solutions on routine to moderately complex problems with guidance from management or other senior level ETMs.
+ Works independent with support from his supervisor.
+ Be proficient servicing multiple drill rigs and trailer repairs where needed.
+ Repair and/or replace faulty parts and systems, perform routine maintenance, i.e. oil and filter changes.
+ Drive all forms of drilling equipment to test once repair is done.
+ Inspect and complete routine maintenance of equipment.
+ Follow safety rules, guidelines and standards for all repairs. Participate in pre-task planning. Report any safety issues or concerns to management.
+ Be responsible for maintaining quality standards on all projects.
+ Design a plan of action for any maintenance tasks or upgrades.
+ Maintain work logs, repairs, and maintenance records.
+ Monitor the inventory on repair parts, tools, equipment and order new parts as needed.
+ Validate DOT inspections are current and schedule inspections when needed.
**Requirements:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Minimum 3-years’ experience.
+ Proficient in geotechnical drilling equipment repairs.
+ Valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history.
+ Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card within first 30 days of employment

+ Battery and Electrical Repairs
